I started my journey at RWS in 2020 working outside as a casual cleaner once a week. I raised my hand at the first opportunity to join the RWS Team as a casual in operations, and after my initial probation, successfully joined the Team as one of the permanent staff members as Operations controller. Working at RWS has been a wonderful experience so far as there is a lot to learn and so much room for growth. I can’t wait to keep growing and learning as much as I can.
