I started my career with RWS back in 2018 as an assistant driver and, in 2019, I was promoted to a driver position through my Owner driver. I was granted the opportunity to join RWS Mbombela Operations in 2020. I have been employed and have grown my career with RWS for the past 3 years.

I am currently responsible for all operational duties. My daily tasks consist mainly of helping with clearing all problem shipments and getting them ready for a delivery status, customer service, outbounds, and assisting our drivers with any issues while on route to ensure a zero % failure.
