I started my career with RWS in 2015 in operations at the Potchefstroom Branch, I got promoted in 2018 to Operations Manager, it was not an easy journey for me when I started. But only with the help of a well-structured organisation, I managed to acquire all the skills and experience.
My duties and responsibilities in the workplace are to ensure all the operational tasks are carried out and met, and again to ensure all employees and drivers are working in a healthy and safe environment. My goals in the Company, is to ensure delivering an exceptional service to the clients and to see growth within the company. My other goals are to see us working as a team in order to make the company reach greater heights.
