I started working for RWS Rustenburg back in 2017, and have been employed at RWS for 6 years. I am working in Operations and responsible to assist drivers with any issues/queries while on route as well as assisting customers with online queries and basic customer service throughout the day. I complete a detailed floor scan once all drivers have been dispatched to ensure that there are no delays on any deliveries.
