I started working in RWS in 2015 as a nightshift clerk, it was all new but soon became second nature, I said to myself that I want more and with guidance from upper management I soon stepped into collections and Operations Management being in charge of all aspects of the Potchefstroom Branch floor Operations but I wasn’t done in 2018 I was given the opportunity to run my very own branch and it was the best. We struggled a bit because everyone came from different places but we soon became a family and today about 5 years later we are working as a unit, my dreams are not over I have the desire to grow even more and I believe that God’s plans for me is far from over but for now I will lead my team and never give up as giving up doesn’t exist in my vocabulary.
