I have joined RWS in 2014 as Branch Supervisor in Welkom. I have proven myself over the years and got the opportunity to get promoted to Regional Branch Manager in 2017 and moved to Klerksdorp. I am responsible for the successful running of 4 branches namely Klerksdorp, Potchefstroom, Lichtenburg, and Rustenburg. I am leading my team to be the best they can be, and together as a team we will achieve above all expectations.
We treat each other with dignity and respect and give a helping hand to our fellow employees. In the past few years, it is shown that hard work pays off at the end whereby my team Potchefstroom won Branch of the year 2018, another team of mine Vereeniging won Branch of the year in 2019. In 2023 my team Rustenburg was runner-up Branch of the Year. I am proud to be a leader and excited to see what the future holds for us at RWS.
