I started with RWS in 2016 as an ISP drivers assistant, I had no previous experience but I was drawn to the pace, In 2017 I was made aware of an internal position that opened, and applied for it immediately, my application was a success and I was appointed as the RWS BFN nightshift Data Capturer, I have enjoyed the challenge, I have since moved to dayshift as Operations controller and assistance to all other operations, as well as assist with all administrative duties, I’m learning more about the industry on a daily basis, I look forward to growing within the RWS brand.
