I joined the Bethlehem team in 2019 in the collections division. My duties consist of overseeing all daily collections for the branch, ensuring driver and system compliance and maintaining customer satisfaction. I now oversee the Operations division for RWS Bethlehem. I strive for excellence and have an urge to further grow and excel within RWS.
