I joined RWS in August 2019 at the Bethlehem branch as an Operations Clerk. Over six years, I gained valuable experience in operations, logistics, and team co-ordination while developing a strong understanding of the company’s processes.
At the beginning of 2026,

I was promoted to Operations Manager in Bloemfontein, where I further developed my leadership skills and took on greater responsibility in managing operations and supporting the team. I am now proud to serve as the Branch Manager of the Aliwal North branch and look forward to continuing to grow, supporting my team, and building strong relationships with our clients.
