I have been employed at RWS for 2 years. I am working in Operations and I’m responsible for assisting drivers with any issues/queries while on route, as well as assisting customers with online queries and basic customer service throughout the day.

I complete a detailed floor scan once all drivers have been dispatched to ensure that there are no delays on any deliveries. I am still growing and learning more by assisting each department as I want to improve my knowledge of the courier industry.
