Key responsibilities will include but not be limited:

Full Operations and Supervisor Functions.

• Outbounds needs to be done and completed. All procedures to be followed correctly and checked.
• Scanning out the drivers and making sure no old freight is lying on the floor.
• Being on the floor ensuring all routes go out
• Collections, Discrepancy, Non-Delivery, Pre-Alerts & Floor Scan Reports to Branch Manager
• Client communication – Internal & External.
• Resolving Queries. Provide feedback on Collections, Pending / Problem Freight to clients.
• Each collection to be booked and allocated on system, and assigned to drivers.
• De-briefing of drivers.
• Inbounds needs to be done and completed. Waybill check – In procedures followed
• Assisting and liaising with Key accounts and Customers regarding undelivered freight.
• Full RTS procedures.
• Assisting with outstanding POD lists, Data Capturing and collections as and when required.
• Ensure Daily clearing out of system for Billing & Month End Closing.
• Ad-hoc duties as and when necessary, in the branch.
• Hours will be Mo-Fr – 6am to 6pm.and Every Alternate Saturday from 6h00am to 11h00am
