Key responsibilities will include but not be limited:

Full CSD functions.

Answering phone calls and responding on all mails.
All Client communication – Internal & External.
Resolving Queries and provide feedback on Pending / Problem Freight to clients.
Assisting and liaising with Key Accounts and Customers regarding undelivered freight.
Sweep through CSD office daily to ensure no pods are being kept back.

Full Data Capturing functions.

Ensure all POD’s received from operations are signed and all necessary information are correct for billing.
Ensure that all waybills are captured accurately, scanned, linked and verified and that all customer requirements are met and all charges are loaded correctly.
Ensure Daily clearing out of system for Billing & Month End Closing.
Assisting in Operations as and when required.
Ad-hoc duties as and when necessary, in the branch.
Hours will be 07h00am to 17h00pm and Month End Saturdays from 07h00am to 11h00am as per company operational requirements.

The ideal candidate should have the following Personal Attributes:

Professional with the ability to apply attention to detail, even whilst working under pressure.
Self-motivated, dedicated and organized with excellent Time Management skills in order to meet deadlines.
Bilingual with strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Demonstrates a pleasant, calm and friendly personality when dealing with staff and customers.

Qualifications:

A Matric level of education and be computer literate.
Proficient on Excel, Word and Outlook.
Prior CSD experience would be advantageous.
Previous data capturing experience. (Should be fast and accurate)
Knowledge of RWS In-house system preferred.
